The proposed work can be scheduled to begin at any time: Please provide 48 hours notice to <br /> PHS/EHD prior to the initiation of the work at the site. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> A well survey should be conducted to identify any wells located nearby that may be influencing the <br /> groundwater gradient and flow directions at your site. This information, in addition to the groundwater <br /> data already obtained from the adjacent site, should be discussed in'the report of findings.
