Manage the waste according to Title <br /> 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned <br /> up waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (1/4 full)had a hazardous waste label with an incorrect <br /> accumulation start date of 9/18/2018. <br /> -One white 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze(1/4 full)had a smeared hazardous waste label where <br /> the name and address of the generator, and the contents were illegible. The label was also missing an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze(1/8 full)had a hazardous waste label that was missing <br /> the accumulation start date and was incorrectly labeled as`oily water." <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing paper oil filters(1/2 full)had a hazardous waste label that was missing <br /> the accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), and accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Jasvir Garcha, Owner, corrected the hazardous waste labels during the inspection.
