Ventura, in the City of Stockton, has been reviewed by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Se vices, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for the excavation of <br /> approximately 1000 cubic yards of soil. which was contaminated due <br /> to an unauthorized release associated with underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD Local UST Oversight Program has made a determination that <br /> the plan is in compliance with local , State, and Federal laws and <br /> regulations and that the resultant work will not create significant <br /> adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be <br /> gained from cleanup of the contamin tion. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N.
