Specifically,
to respond to a request by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) for submittal of a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) for the project.
In correspondence dated July 7, 1992, PHSIEHD req ested submittal of a PAR by October 30,
1992. As we discussed in a telephone conversation on November 3, 1992, RESNA Industries,
Inc. on behalf of Marital Deduction Trust, respectfully requests an extension of the submittal
date for the PAR to April 30, 1993. The extension of the submittal date will allow for a full
review of the project status and remediation alternatives, and if appropriate, arrange a project
meeting with PHSIEHD so that an informed decisior can be made by the responsible party.
Marital Deduction Trust will continue with groundwater monitoring as appropriate. If you have
any questions or require additional information, plea;e call me at (209) 838-3507.
r
-Respectfully;
RESNA Industries Inc. x
hn P.
