Assembly Bill 3560 <br /> (AB 3560) placed a ceiling on the amount of cversight costs that can be <br /> recovered from responsible parties. This bill became effective January 1, <br /> 1991 which means all costs incurred from that date will be billed differently. <br /> Responsible parties will be billed for 100 percent of the site-specific costs <br /> plus an amount not to exceed 50 percent of t e site-specific costs which will <br /> cover program management costs.
