Ventura Avenue, Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> File No. 90-022 <br /> Dear Ms. Malos : <br /> This letter is in regard to the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Site Invoice dated January 8, 1992 , for the site referenced <br /> above. The invoice is associated with new charges as of <br /> December 31 , 1990 . <br /> By letters dated September 13, 1990, November 30, 1990 and <br /> June 4, 1991 we requested the SWRCB review the charges which <br /> were assessed by letters dated August 6, 1990, October 1, 1990 <br /> and May 8, 1991 for local agency program management. We have yet <br /> to receive a response from the Board regarding our petition. <br /> Since that time; however, we have been notified that the cost <br /> recovery program has been revised to require reimbursement of <br /> site specific charges plus an additional 50 percent for program <br /> management instead of the 400-500 percent previously billed. <br /> This change would suggest that the previous billings have been <br /> determined to be unreasonable. <br /> We request that the most recent invoice dated January 8, 1992 <br /> be included in our request for review by the SWRCB. By copy of <br /> this letter, we are informing the San Joaquin County PHS/EHD and <br /> the RWQCB of this petition addition. The attached letter to. the <br /> San Joaquin County PHS/EHD requests preparation of the additional <br /> local agency records. <br />
