Ventura Avenue, Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> File No. 90-022 <br /> Dear Ms. Malos : <br /> This letter is in regard to the Lnderground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Site Invoice dated May 8, 19 1, for the site referenced <br /> above. The invoice is associated with new charges as of June 30, <br /> 1990 . <br /> By letters dated September 13 , 1990 , and November 30 , 1990 , <br /> we requested the SWRCB review the charges which were assessed by <br /> letters dated August 6, 1990, and Oc o.ber 1, 1990 , for local a <br /> program We have yet to receive a response from the <br /> Board regarding our petition. Since that time; however, we have <br /> been notified, that the - cost recovery program has been revised to <br /> require reimbursement of site specific charges plus. an additional <br /> 50 percent for program management in tead of the 400-500 percent <br /> previously billed. This change woul suggest that the previous <br /> billings have been determined to be inreasonable. <br /> We request that the most recent invoice dated May 8 , 1991 <br /> be included in our request for review by the SWRCB. By copy of <br /> this letter, we are informing the Sail Joaquin County PHS/EHD and <br /> the RWQCa of this petition addition. The attached letter to the <br /> San Joaquin County PHS/EHD requests preparation of the additional <br /> local agency records. <br />
