Enclosed is a bill for local and Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board Regional Board) supervision of cleanup at the site listed in the <br /> enclosed bill . You will be billed ata uture date for State Board program <br /> management. <br /> The enclosed bill includes both site spe i.fic and program management charges. <br /> Site specific charges represent those ch rges for work done that is di_r_e�c_t_l�► <br /> related to your .site. Examples of such ictivities include sampling o r soil <br /> or ground water contamination, conductin site inspections, reviewing reports <br /> and workplans, or preparing corresponden e. Activities performed for your <br /> site are itemized on the bill . A descri tion of activity codes is included on <br /> the reverse side of this letter for your reference. <br /> Program management charges include all other costs associated with initiating <br /> and maintaining program operations. Pro ram management charges may include. <br /> such costs as: space rental , office ser ices and supplies, purchase of <br /> sampling equipment, training costs, and he salary and benefits of support <br /> personnel (i .e. , clerical staff, accountint, program supervisor). Program <br /> management charges also include Regional Board work. <br /> Your share of program management charges depends on how much site-specific <br /> Nime was charged to your site, compared with all site-specific time charged by <br /> e local agency. For example, if 10 hours were charged to your site, and <br /> 1,000 hours were charged to all sites, t en your share of program management <br /> costs would be 10 divided by 1,000 or one percent. <br /> Pursuant to 'the State Health and Safety ode, Section 25360, and Title 42 of <br /> the United States Code, Section 6991b(h)(6) , the State Board is required to <br /> seek recovery of all costs associated wi h implementing the pilot program. <br /> Please return one copy -of the enclosed i voice with your payment within 30 <br />
