Boggs : <br /> In response to your letter , September 26/27 , 1991 , I am <br /> disappointed that you have. decided not to participate in the <br /> meeting at 10 a.m. on'}October 9 ,� 1991 , at Lammersville School . <br /> As I pointed out in the cover letter preceding the Project <br /> History on Contaminated Soil and Water Clean Up at Lammersville <br /> School , it is not the intention of this meeting to place blame <br /> for the lack of progress associated with this project , but rather <br /> to secure commitments 'I1from California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley legion, and . San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services ; ;; Environmental Health Division, that this <br /> project will be handled in an expeditious manner in the future . <br /> Your letter did not address this point . I will assume that you <br /> concur with the expectations of the district as stipulated at the <br /> conclusion of Part I of the Project History, specifically: <br /> 1 ) The district expects CVRWQCB and SJCPHS to review all <br /> data at their dispo al to determine if in fact <br /> additional monitoring wells are needed to the <br /> development _of a fina Remedial Action Plan. This <br /> review and notification of results to the district <br /> shall be accomplished within two weeks of the meeting <br /> between the, agenciesdistrict , companies and <br /> governmental officials . <br /> 2 ) . If further testing is deemed to be needed then the <br /> agencies shall communicate with the district within <br /> seven days upon receipt of additional requested data. <br /> � Is <br /> 3 ) Upon meeting all standa ds as outlined in the Remedial <br /> Action Plan, the CVRWQCB and SJCPHS shall declare the <br /> site contaminate free within seven days of receiving <br /> data indicating the Remedial Action Plan solution <br /> parameters have been met <br /> 0 <br /> Ej <br /> I I� <br />
