Brent :
Groundwater Technology, Inc. (GTI ) pr sents this proposal for
additional site assessment work at the Lammersville School in
Tracy, California. ' The work steps included in -this written
proposal would provide the hydrogeolo is and chemical data needed
for preparation of a Problem Assessment Report (PAR) which is
required by the California Regional W ter Quality' 'Control Board ,
Central Valley Region (CRWQCB-CVR) , In order to define the!
`downgradient extent of the dissolved hydrocarbon plume, GT-1
recommends the following work steps:
Install three additional 2-inch diameter PVC monitoring
wells to a total depth of 20 feet at the approximate
locations shown in Figure 1
Collect soil samples at 5-foot intervals to total depth
of the wells , using a split spoon sampler and brass
sample tubes.
Select one soil sample from each boring and submit the
samples to an analytical laboratory for analysis of
total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) as gasoline , and
benzene, toluene , ethylbenz ne, and xylene (BTEX)
concentrations =
" Survey the three new wells for elevation control .
` Monitor groundwater levels nd collect water
samples from all monitoring wells . The wells
would be purged by bailing rior to sampling to
insure representative formation water is obtained
for analysis .
Offires thmughrml fhr VS..C'rf7tdrht r:rtd Orerscas
