Von <br /> Sosten Road, Tracy <br /> Analytical test results submitted to this office revealed evidence of an unauthorized <br /> release of hazardous materials. <br /> In order to correct this violation, the following procedures shall be implemented: <br /> 1 . Fill out the enclosed "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorization Release Report" <br /> form and submit within five (5) days if not already done. <br /> 2. Acquire the services of a qualified Engineering Consulting Firm (Hydrogeologist) <br /> to submit a plan for identifying the extent of contamination to this office <br /> within 30' days. <br /> 3.
