Box 388 Stockton, CA 95201-0388 c4�1FORc'�a <br /> 209/468-3420 <br /> November 28 , 1995 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICZ- OF FINDING REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a soil remediation plan for <br /> contamination from a gasoline underground storage tank (UST) <br /> previously located at 16555 von Sosten Rd, Tracy has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EfiD) . The plan is a proposal <br /> for the excavation of soil which was contaminated due to <br /> unauthorized releases from the UST which was located on the <br /> property by the school bus garage . <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tenative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed;. <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton iduring normal working- hours,, <br /> 8 :00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. and at the Lammersville School Office, <br /> 16555 Von Sosten Rd. , Tracy, during their working hours.
