The laboratory QC numbers will be placed on the <br /> labels. in the accession log, and on the chain of custody <br /> form. if samples are acidified their pH will be measured by <br /> narrow range pli papre at the time of opening fir analysis. <br /> FM All comments concerning procedures requiring handling of the <br /> samples will be dated and initialed on the form by the <br /> laboratory person performing the procedure.
