Billing will occur monthly, on a time and materials <br /> basis as per the enclosed rate schedule . Total invoices for <br /> services specified above would not exceed $10 , 580. 00 without <br /> prior approval form Lammersville School District. The costs <br /> presented herein are based on data currently available to GTI ; we <br /> reserve the right to amend our bid if site conditions warrant. <br /> During the drilling operations, GTI would make every reasonable <br /> effort to avoid underground utilities or improvements at the <br /> site. However, GTI will not be responsible for damage to any <br /> such underground utility or improvement whose location is not <br /> accurately depicted on plans or drawings provided to us by <br /> Lammersville School District (or whose existence and location GTI <br /> has not been previously apprised of) . <br />
