Local Health <br /> District (SJLHD) . <br /> 01-10--89 Mr. Olds called Mr. James Grasty (GTI) and acted <br /> him that Mr. Brent had lost the GTI rep <br /> 11--15-89. Mr. Olds had been told by Mr. Gordon <br /> Boggs of CRWQCB to proceedwith the recommen- <br /> dations in the GTI report.
