Your facility continues to comply with the "Conditions for Waiver of <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements at Retail Fertilizer Facilities"; <br /> 2. You continue to. 'follow the "good housekeeping" practices. as listed in <br /> .the "Conditions for Waiver"; <br /> 3. The Stockton Sewage Treatment plant continues to accept stormwater <br /> runoff containing any leaks and/or spills from your tank farms; and <br /> 4. When the facility reopens; trucks will utilize the new load pads when <br /> delivering or loading—any -fertilizer material . <br /> Therefore, waste discharge requirements are waived in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Board Resolution No. 89-247.
