Hopefully these are sufficient.
In regards to the 5-gallon buckets: the oil was dumped into larger 55-gallon drums for consolidation, the buckets
themselves were then filled with sorbents to soak up the remaining the oil and then the buckets were disposed of with
our regular waste. The sorbents used to soak up the oil were disposed of in that batch of 10 drums that you have
paperwork for.
With respect to violation 102, it looks like that has been identified as hazardous waste and will be disposed of by Safety
Kleen under manifest. I talked to the plant today and they are going to make sure the documented pictures are clearer
and more concise.
Please let me know if you need any other information.
Regards,
George
From: Satish Kakani <Satish.Kakani@dynatect.com>
Sent:Thursday, October 17, 2019 5:31 PM
To: George Hamzik<George.Hamzik@dynatect.com>; Charliece Fruguglietti <Charliece.Fruguglietti@dynatect.com>
Subject: RE:Violation 608
Satish Kakani
Technical Service Manager
Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc.
Office: 209.836.0965 x108
Email: Satish.Kakani@dynatect.com
Dynatect.com
DYNArECT48
. + H A H I { E G u i P W E 4 7 P R G T E€i 1 fl M
From: George Hamzik<George.Hamzik@dynatect.com>
Sent:Thursday, October 17, 2019 2:08 PM
i
