Box 595 <br /> Linden, CA 95236 <br /> SITE INSPECTIONREPORT, LINDEN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, LINDEN, SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY <br /> Staff inspected the Linden County wastewater treatment facility on 26 May 2004. A facilities inspection <br /> report and photograph log is attached. In general the system appeared to be operating well, however the <br /> following operation and maintenance items were noted: <br /> • An aerator was out of service in the aeration pond; LCWD is encouraged to repair the equipment as <br /> soon as possible to allow more flexibility in the wastewater treatment. <br /> • Excessive weed growth was noted in evaporation/percolation (e/p)ponds, including ponds that are <br /> not accepting wastewater. You informed me that weeds would be burned in the near future.
