(AGE) has
prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at
18754 East State Route 26, Linden, California. The location of the site is illustrated on
Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2.
This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department(SJCEHD)for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Site Health and Safety Plan
(SHSP), Well and Boring Permit Application, Master File Record (MFR) and associated
fees are attached. Upon SJCEHD approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule
fieldwork. AGE will provide SJCEHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout
inspection.
INTRODUCTION
The property is undergoing a potential property loan transaction and the Phase II is being
performed as part of a due diligence investigation. The subject property is located on the
southside of East State Route 26, between Ione and Bonham Streets, in the community
of Linden within unincorporated San Joaquin County. The property is developed as a
grocery store known as Orlando's Market with a Chevron-branded gasoline service station
and an automated carwash. The service station contains a canopy area with six double-
sided fuel dispensers and two 15,000 gallon USTs. The carwash does utilize a clarifier
(oil/water separator). Based on the age of the USTs and clarifier, a series of soil probe
borings will be advanced for collection of soil samples to determine if the UST fueling
system and clarifier have impacted the subject property.
I c I,p II(,n, '(iii 1 -1(,- I unr, .
