I have
requested they do one on each cleanout.
_ Kimberly Zink
111%HUN Parts Foreman I Maintenance
' 209.235.1365(0)209.323.8271 M)
www.jbhunt.com
0 (D 0
Intermodal I Dedicated I Final Mile I Flatbed
Truckload I Refrigerated I LTL I Single Source
From:Tricia Dai <tdai@sjcehd.com>
Sent:Thursday, April 11, 2019 2:44 PM
To: Kimberly Zink<Kimberly.Zink@jbhunt.com>; Deshawn Phillips<Deshawn.Phillips@jbhunt.com>
Cc: Garrett Backus [EH] <gbackus@sjcehd.com>
Subject: RE:JB Hunt 2660 Loomis Rd - PR0507075 -oil/water separator questions
CAUTION:This email originated from outside of the organization. The SafetyKleen profiles I
received were for Flammable Aerosols-Non-Punctured and Non-RCRA hazardous waste solids-
Oily debris and absorbents.
I also have a few follow up questions. I received the Non-Hazardous waste manifest for the oil-
water separator waste that was disposed of on July 7, 2016, that was picked up by Northstar
Environmental Group Inc. Is there a profile/testing of the waste done by Northstar
