This information was required to be submitted by 2/11/2016. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report.The following are <br /> the outstanding violations from the January 11,2016 inspection: <br /> -Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> -Failed to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 502 CCR 66265.192(x) Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements. <br /> Facility does not have a tank assessment for the 220 gallon used oil tank. The owner or operator of a hazardous <br /> waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and certified by an independent,qualified, professional <br /> engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is acceptable for the <br /> transferring,storing, and treating of hazardous waste, and that the tanks and containment system are suitably <br /> designed. Immediately have an assessment prepared for the 220 gallon used of tank. Submit a schedule showing <br /> when this will be accomplished to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a)Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> The use oil tank had an accumulation start date of 4/23/18 and the drum of used antifreeze had a start date of <br /> 8/28/14. Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 <br /> days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a <br /> copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> The drum of drained/undrained used oil filters and the sorbent waste drum lacked accumulation start dates. Since it <br /> cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site,immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest.
