The <br /> drum of drained/undrained used oil filters and the sorbent waste drum lacked accumulation start dates. Since it <br /> cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The 55-gallon drum of undrained oil filters was missing the accumulation start date. The 55-gallon drum of absorbent <br /> and oil (sorbent waste)was missing the accumulation start date and the hazardous properties.All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> it cannot be determined how long these containers have been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -This report was amended by the EHD on 5/9/2019 by removing violation 502. The amended report replaces the <br /> initial report. <br /> -The facility generated approximately 10.65 tons of hazardous waste in 2018, according to DTSC's Hazardous <br /> Waste Tracking System (HWTS). <br /> -Waste streams observed: used oil, used antifreeze, used oil filters, oily absorbent, metal fines, lead acid <br /> batteries, parts washer waste, and brake cleaner waste. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
