Refer to Appendix 1 for a complete listing and description of available Maintenance Types and Priority Codes. In order to get the time spent on these meetings charged to the Maintenance Storm Water Management Program,create a Work Order charged to Activity Code F10003 Create one Work Order per monthand charge time to it each time you have a BMP Tailgate Meeting.Topics should be listed in the Work Order Comments Tab. BMP Tailgate Meetings shall be held at a minimumof every 10 working days or every time you change job assignments or type of work activity.
