The
EHD permits indicate the current residence was developed in 1984 (Section 1.3).
1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage
1 .3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage
Based on information provided by the owner, the existing onsite residence is currently developed
with one septic system.
1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History
The following EHD permits associated with the site parcel were identified.
Table 2.
Summary of Site-Specific Permits.
Leach
Seepage Pits,
Permit# Type/ Tank Size Leach Line Line
Parcel Addresses (Year) Location (Gallons) Quantity Length Sumps,Filter
Beds,Other
(Feet)
84-393 well
--- --- --- ---
(1984)
84-974 Pump Install
--- --- --- ---
(1984)
32851 S.Chrisman Road 84-995 New Install 1,200 3 90 ---
(1984) Septic
SR0013601 Pump
(1997) replacement
--- --- --- ---
SR0079481
Perc Test --- --- ---
(2018)
Based on a review of the septic permits, the site is currently equipped with a 1,200-gallon septic
tank with three 90 foot long leach lines.
1 .3.3 Discussion of On-Site Septic Tank Repair
There were no septic repair permits available for the site address.
1.3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity
In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office reviewed
a recent aerial photograph of the property available from GoogleEarthTM. The vicinity of the site
consists of agricultural land and rural residences. The assumption was made that each
building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are
approximately two septic systems within 0.25 miles of the site.
Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 5
