Chrisman Road <br /> Tracy, San Joaquin County, California <br /> Dear Mr. Pickens, <br /> Per your request, our office conducted a percolation test for the site located at 32851 S. <br /> Chrisman Road, Tracy, San Joaquin County, California, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 253- <br /> 190-10. The site consists of an approximately 1.10-acre tract of land improved with an <br /> approximately 2,992-square foot (SF) single-family residence, septic system, utilities, and <br /> groundwater well. Based on a review of a site plan you provided and telephone conversations, <br /> we understand the site is proposed to be developed with an approximately 1,560 SF residence <br /> and additional septic system on the northern portion of the parcel. We further understand the <br /> new septic system is proposed to be constructed east of the new residence. <br /> The percolation test was performed per the requirements of Section 9-1105 of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development code and San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment System <br /> Standards dated January 2017. The percolation test boring location is shown on the attached <br /> site Exploration Plan (Exhibit A-2). The following is a description of our field activities. <br /> FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> August 3, 2018, two boring locations were staked and the site boundaries were marked for utility <br /> locator clearances. Per telephone conversations with Mr. Pickens, Terracon placed the borings <br /> approximately 15 feet east of the proposed new residence location which had been delineated <br /> on the ground with stakes. <br /> August 7, 2018, Terracon obtained an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Permit <br /> (SR0079481)from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> August 8, 2018, Terracon field staff advanced one shallow boring (B3.5) to 3.5 feet below <br /> ground surface (bgs) and one deep soil profile boring (B10) to 10 feet bgs.
