MS-93-6 BETWEEN <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN AND RICHARD MILLER <br /> (FOURTH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chairman of the Board to execute a Continued Affordability <br /> Agreement for Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-93-6 between the County of San Joaquin and <br /> Richard Miller. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> This is a Continued Affordability Agreement for an approved Minor Subdivision of two parcels totaling <br /> 18,684 square feet to create three parcels of approximately 6,228 square feet. A Density Bonus was <br /> approved to reduce the lot width requirement from 60 feet to 50 feet. <br /> Section 9-315.7 of the Development Title requires that the developer enter into an agreement with the <br /> County to ensure continued affordability of one of the proposed units for low income households.
