Martin <br /> 10112 E. Woodbridge Road, Lockeford <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as <br /> follows: Pit well must be properly sealed and the well discharge pipe must be <br /> plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice the diameter of the <br /> discharge pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County <br /> approved backflow valves. <br /> d. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003); The <br /> existing leach line must be cut off 5 ft. from property line going on to adjacent <br /> property. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on designated remainder <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health care Sen+ces <br />
