Connection to an approved public water supply system, is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meet-- state <br /> standards prior to recording the final neap. <br /> 2 . This proposed subdivision shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of Sari Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot , a soil <br /> profile on every third lot, and minimum sewage disposal <br /> area as determined by these tests is to be set aside <br /> for each lot for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation tests from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
