Immediately clean and <br /> manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Observed a stationary tank in the hazardous waste storage area with an approximate 500 gallon capacity containing <br /> used oil. The accumulation start date was 9/15/18. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Observed a black metal 55 gallon drum in the hazardous waste storage area containing used antifreeze lacking the <br /> physical state and accumulation start date. <br /> Observed a green metal 55 gallon drum in the hazardous waste storage area containing drained oil with a <br /> hazardous waste label lacking name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents).
