The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for EL CAMINO TIRES as of June 16, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 112018 inspection <br /> Violation#605-Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Shop Area(north section): <br /> -One blue and one green 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full)was observed without a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil (approx. 50 gallons full)was observed without a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> Shop Area(middle section) <br /> -Four black 55 gallon drums containing used oil (full)were observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil (3/4 full)was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -Two white 5 gallon plastic buckets containing saturated oily absorbent were observed without a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> -One white 5 gallon plastic bucket containing used unpunctured/uncrushed oil filters (1/2 full)was observed without <br /> a hazardous waste label. <br /> Shop Area(South Section): <br /> -One black and two red 18 gallon drip pans containing used oil (1/2 full)were observed without a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> -One yellow 16 gallon steel drum containing metal fines (1/4 full)was observed with a hazardous waste label <br /> missing the physical properties, hazardous properties, and the accumulation start date. <br /> Side Shop: <br /> -Two blue and one black 55 gallon steel drums containing used unpunctured/uncrushed oil filters were observed <br /> overflowing and missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used unpunctured/uncrushed oil filters (3/4 full)was observed without a <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used unpunctured/ uncrushed oil filters (1/4 full)was observed without a <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing used used unpunctured/uncrushed oil filters (full)was observed without <br /> a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One yellow 16 gallon steel drum containing used absorbent was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 5 gallon plastic container of used antifreeze was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the(physical <br /> state, hazardous properties, accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, and the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste." <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> Page 10 of 11 <br />
