This statement <br /> is a response to the violations at Weber Institute#'s 102, & 601. <br /> Item#102- <br /> We are aware of the repeat violation, class II and have scheduled with Safety Kleen and <br /> have a date scheduled on 06-11-2019. We will provide a waste manifest when given and <br /> submit as evidence of verification of compliance with this inspection to satisfy Title 22 <br /> Hazardous Waste Regulations. <br /> Item#601- <br /> We are aware of the violation class II given for the stored hazardous waste >180 days. <br /> We have since pumped the oil out as required and have met the conditions given and will <br /> look to replacing the used oil convault tank with a size considerably smaller i.e. (55 <br /> gallon) the waste Manifest is included as evidence of satisfactorily complying with this <br /> violation per regulations.
