Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the fust paper in a civil action or 16 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE 17 DOLLARS ($435.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 18 SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 19 Environmental Prosecutions Unit,at time of signing. 20 11.
