We have found the plan to be adequate provided the following <br /> considerations are addressed. <br /> 1: Reference to a Dames & Moore Phase II Investig tion is made in <br /> J. H. Kleinfelder's Work Plan - Phase II Investigation dated June 15, <br /> 1987. Please provide the subsequent field data report, if in <br /> existence, when Dames & Moore submits field report of current work plan <br /> activities. <br /> 2: The above referenced Workplan will provide additional <br /> information to further define the saturated soil plume however, this <br /> approach may not best define the vertical extent of contamination <br /> ( i .e. , groundwater impact) . <br /> 3: Dames & Moore should provide for reviewby this department a <br /> copy of their site-specific Health & Safety Plan. A copy of this <br /> report should be available on site during constructi n of the soil <br /> boring activities. <br /> 4: Provide, at a minimum, a 48-hour advance notification to the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District for any requested inspections during <br /> construction activities. <br />
