10 September 2001
AGE-NC Project No. 98-0466
' Page of
• St. Joseph's Hospital-AGE identified one well on the site.AGE did not locate a boring log
' for the well but did find a permit issued by the San Joaquin Local Health District in October
1972 for a 14-inch well on the west side of Cemetery Lane, which AGE believes to be the
well identified during the drive-by survey. The total depth and perforations for the well are
' not specified on the permit, but the depth of the grout seal was E pecified to be 50 feet. Mr.
Ray McAlister, plant supervisor for St. Joseph's Hospital, was contacted and revealed that
' two wells were located side-by-side in the area identified by AGE. He did not know of any
construction details, but did state that the produced water had been tested within the last year
and that the sample did not contain petroleum hydrocarbons ors) TBE.
' Stockton Rural Cemetery-AGE identified two wells on the site, Records for the wells on
this property were not found. Messrs. Jose DeAnda and Russ DeAnda, supervisors for the
site, knew that one well had been installed in the 1920s and both wells were 250 feet deep.
' They did not know of any additional construction details for the two wells. The wells are
utilized only for irrigation.
tThis is all the information that AGE has been able to develop on the we s identified in the receptor
survey. A sensitive receptor survey will be completed for the north port on of the property and will
' be presented in the report of findings to be prepared following complition of the scope of work
detailed in this work plan.
1
1
1
1
