Mariposa Rd., <br /> Stockton, CA. The following are our responses to these violations including our corrective <br /> actions and efforts to return to compliance. <br /> Responsible persons authorized to make statements for the facility and were consulted in <br /> preparation of the responses below: <br /> • Steve Hronek—Operations Manager <br /> • Dave Gust— Safety Compliance Manager <br /> Items found in the "old shop" <br /> • Black 2.5 gallon container of industrial pump oil — non-hazardous waste, disposed of into <br /> shop waste oil collection container and was picked up by Safety Kleen on their regular <br /> monthly pick up of used oil. <br /> • Approximately 100 aerosol cans — not a waste, these have been moved to the work <br /> shop and are in use by the mechanic's shop <br /> • White 5 gallon container of Super Dress It— not a waste, moved to the mechanic shop <br /> and put into use for cleaning trucks <br /> • 5 gallon contain of an unknown dark liquid — determined to be used oil, put into shop <br /> used oil container and was picked up by Safety Kleen on their regular waste oil pick up. <br /> shop and put into use <br /> • 3 quart containers of Liquid Pre-Buff Cleaner— not a waste, moved to IA facility and put <br /> into use in wash bay for washing trucks <br /> • 3 quart containers of Weldwood Contact Cement— not a waste, moved to the mechanic <br /> shop and put into use for truck repairs <br />
