Hope things have been well with you. We have been working on the response back to you and want to get clarification
on a few items prior to submission.
Item 301: Staining from spillage. We are treating this as an item that is being repaired in our shop where we apply the
proper absorbent to the impacted area then dispose of in our oil debris barrel which our vendor Safety Kleen then hauls
off as part of our waste program.
Let us know if that will meet the terms and we will work towards completion.
Thank you,
Steve
From: Elianna Florido [EH] [mailto:eflorido@sjcehd.com]
Sent:Thursday, December 27, 2018 10:55 AM
To: Steve Hronek<steveh@foodIiner.com>; Sam Harmison <SamH@foodliner.com>
Subject: RE: Notice to Abate- Foodliner, Inc- Hazardous Materials&Wastes
Thank you Steve.
Elianna Florido
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
P: (209)468-0343 1 F: (209) 468-3433 E: eflorido@sicehd.com
AII.JOANIN
COUNTY
From: Steve Hronek<steveh@foodliner.com>
Sent: Friday, December 21, 2018 4:53 PM
To: Elianna Florido [EH] <eflorido@slcehd.com>; Sam Harmison <SamH@foodliner.com>
Subject: RE: Notice to Abate- Foodliner, Inc- Hazardous Materials&Wastes
Hello Elianna,
We are working to get this finalized and get it over to you.
Thank you,
Steve Hronek I Operations Manager
2467 S.
