DHS Comment: <br /> Page 4-9 First paragraph: <br /> Sand pack shall be limited to a maximum height of 5 feet <br /> above screened interval.. <br /> MCTC Response: <br /> MCTC will comply. <br /> Page 4-9 Second paragraph, second sentence: <br /> All new and existing monitoring wells shall be sampled <br /> following completion of well development. <br /> MCTC Response: <br /> New wells will be sampled following completion of well <br /> development. Existing well sampling will be completed based <br /> on the established well sampling schedule. <br /> DHS Comment: <br /> Page 4-10 Second paragraph, first sentence: <br /> Delete "and as appropriate for" and add, "arsenic, copper, <br /> and general minerals." Delete fourth sentence too. <br /> Note- <br /> All water and soil analyses performed pursuant to the <br /> subject workplan must be performed in accordance with the <br /> most recent edition of the referenced standard or analytical <br /> method. <br /> MCTC Response: <br /> This first sentence will be modified to read as follows: <br /> "Samples from new wells will be analyzed initially for total <br /> chromium, hexavalent chromium, arsenic, copper and general <br /> minerals." <br /> Analyses will be performed in accordance with most recent <br /> standard methods. <br /> DHS Comment: <br /> Page 4-10 Paragraph 4.1.3 (Storm Water Sampling): <br /> Revise sampling scheme to include sampling of any runoff <br /> which drains into ditches along Dawes, Carrol, Coolidge, <br /> and/or Wagner Avenue. <br /> 11654 7 <br />
