In the early <br /> 1990s, well MW-3 was tied into the treatment system pipeline and renamed <br /> reclamation well 1-1. Approximately, a year ago, well I-1 began producing silt <br /> and sand, indicating that the well screen had collapsed. Well I-1 was taken off <br /> line. <br />
