Code of Regulations Title 14, Sections 15072, 15073 and 40 Code of Federal Regulations, Section 1506.6) <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the San Joaquin County of Public Works has completed, <br /> independently reviewed and analyzed, and intends to adopt the following Initial Study/Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration and Environmental Assessment/Mitigated Finding of No Significant Impact. The <br /> Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigated Finding of No Significant Impact is based upon a finding <br /> that there is no substantial evidence before the Department of Public Works that the project as <br /> proposed with mitigations will have a significant impact on the environment. The reasons to support <br /> this finding plus mitigation measures are documented in the Initial Study. <br /> PROJECT TITLE: EAST STOCKTON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, SAN <br /> JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION/LOCATION: The County of San Joaquin is proposing to improve the <br /> existing storm drain infrastructures in the Gianone Park and Garden Acres areas located in the east <br /> Stockton area of San Joaquin County. The proposed project consists of the installation and <br /> connection of approximately 10,500 linear feet of storm drainpipes, ranging from 15 to 42 inches in <br /> diameter, to existing systems located at various streets throughout the two areas. In addition,the <br /> Waterloo Road Pump Station located in the Gianone Park area at the east end of Waterloo Road and <br /> adjacent to the Stockton Diverting Canal will require the installation of an additional pump. This pump <br /> station was designed for four pumps and currently operates with one pump. <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE PRESENCE: The project site does not appear on any of the lists enumerated <br /> under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code. <br /> A copy of this environmental document may be reviewed at the following addresses: <br /> San Joaquin County Public Works Department, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton <br /> San Joaquin Council of Governments, 555 E.
