Effluent Limitations: (Discharge from Outfall 001 to the Stockton Diverting Canal) <br /> 1. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.5 nor greater than 8.5. <br /> 2. The daily maximum discharge flow shall not exceed 0.94 million gallons per day(mgd). <br /> 3. The monthly average discharge flow shall not exceed 0.72 mgd. <br /> 4.
