Supportive data presented in tabulated form and chronologically organized. <br /> 2. Accurate site maps showing locations of previous and existing USTs, buildings, <br /> fixtures, etc. All waterways, drainages and wells should be included on maps. Maps <br /> should be to a scale sufficient to show pertinent detail. <br /> 3. Cross sectional diagrams of below surface grade lithology identifying the lateral and <br /> vertical extent of contaminant concentrations. <br /> 4. Maps showing the lateral extent of contaminant concentration above ground. <br /> 5. Chronological discussion of findings and proposal for further investigation or <br /> remediation, and/or supportive data and conclusions for closure. <br /> 6.
