Work Plan—1,2-DCA Investigation <br /> Former American Forest Products Site,Stockton,California : April 2,2002 <br /> s URS Corporation Americas Page 4 <br /> Y 3.0 INVESTIGATION DOCUMENTATION <br /> An Addendum Report to the Closure Request Report will be prepared as part of the proposed investigation. <br /> The Addendum Report will document sampling procedures and an assessment of the analytical results. Maps <br /> will be prepared'which present 1,2-DCA concentrations. In addition, the report will include an updated map <br /> identifying drinking water wells within 2,000 feet of the site. <br /> 4.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The groundwater investigation is tentatively scheduled for April 2002. A report will be issued during May <br /> 2002. Representatives from County of San Joaquin and the RWQCB will notified two weeks in advance of <br /> field investigation.
