Groundwater monitoring Was conducted, and this <br /> report produced, following the requirements presented in a letter from Mr. Jeffrey Wong of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Service(PHS/EHD) dated April 16, 2003. <br /> FIELD ACTIVITIES <br /> Water levels were measured and groundwater samples were collected from site monitoring wells DMW-1 <br /> through DMW-9, with the exception of DMW-3, on September 20, 2007, by URS subcontractor Blaine- <br /> Tech, Inc. Monitoring well DMW-3 was inaccessible as a result of site demolition and grading activities. <br /> Well locations are shown on Figure 2, and well construction details are included in Table 1. Field records <br /> and chain-of-custody forms are included in Appendix A.
