The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for ARCO CHEROKEE GAS & MART* as of October 07 , 2020 . <br /> Open violations from October 24, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #102 - UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. <br /> UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) . <br /> - The tank form for the diesel incorrectly states that the vent lines are double walled . <br /> - The tank forms for all four tanks state that the site is using ball floats for overfill protection . The OverFll Prevention <br /> Equipment Inspection report dated 1 /11 /19 states no ball floats are present. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS , <br /> update the required information , and submit for review by the EHD . <br /> The UST Facility Operating Permit Application contains an incorrect California Department of Tax and Fee <br /> Administration (CDTFA) Underground Storage Tank Account Plumber. The number is listed as closed with an end <br /> date of 3/14/2019. The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the CDTFA <br /> registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286 . Immediately log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) , update the required information , and submit for review by the <br /> EHD . <br /> The UST Facility Operating Permit is not current in CERS . <br /> - The facility form contains information from the previous owner not the current owner/operator. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) within 30 <br /> days of the changes.
