This information was required to be <br /> submitted by 11/28/2019. This information was not received within 30 days resulting in a non-compliant status for <br /> this facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include <br /> all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 301 HSC 25292.1(a)Failure to operate UST system to prevent unauthorized releases including leaks, spills and overfills. <br /> OBSERVATION: The fuel filters under the dispensers 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 10(satellite)are not located to allow drips <br /> and leaks to drain back into the UDC.The fuel filter in dispenser 10(satellite)was actively leaking to the outside of <br /> the dispenser and not into the UDC. The leaky filter was replaced by technicians. But the filter location does not <br /> allow drips and leaks to drain into the UDC. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized <br /> releases. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide approved secondary containment for the filters under permit and <br /> inspection by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 11/9/2020 and replaces the initial checklist.
