The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for ARCO CHEROKEE GAS & MART* as of October 07, 2020. Open violations from October 24, 2019 inspection Violation#102-UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). -The tank form for the diesel incorrectly states that the vent lines are double walled. -The tank forms for all four tanks state that the site is using ball floats for overfill protection. The Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection report dated 1/11/19 states no ball floats are present. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. The UST Facility Operating Permit Application contains an incorrect California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) Underground Storage Tank Account Number.The number is listed as closed with an end date of 3/14/2019.The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. The UST Facility Operating Permit is not current in CERS. -The facility form contains information from the previous owner not the current owner/operator. Any change of information must be updated in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)within 30 days of the changes.
