" 17,rms *V <br /> IN �cT/ON V • TM�'j /.V�UACti'tHT/an/ u/�►1S At/17�u94C.,��?li2 � O(lOL �.v/,E�c/ /4T 77�,�' T» .� <br /> p X ,10VOP� / A4S,40�C Tj p��1 <br /> REGU[ATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection , the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports . <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291 (e ) Water in secondary containment not removed , analyzed , and properly disposed of (pre-Jul 2003) . <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the Diesel STP Sump , and UDC 7/8 SUMP . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration , it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed approximately halve a gallon of liquid from the diesel <br /> STP sump and UDC 7/8 sump . Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid . <br /> This is a minor violation. C&.R 7 F�7 <br /> 320 CCR 2635 , 2637 . 2 , 2665 , 2712 Failure to comply with the installation , inspection , or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention . <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel mechanical flappers used as the overfill prevention system were marked as failures on <br /> the 10/ 11 / 18 Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : All UST systems must be equipped with an approved , functional overfill prevention <br /> device at all times during delivery operations . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD . <br /> If the failed component can 't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs . <br /> This is a Class II violation .
