DATA VALIDATION REPORT <br /> American Forest Products <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Sample Delivery Group No. L9405174 <br /> June 14, 1994 <br /> This report summarizes the findings of the limited validation of American Forest Products <br /> samples collected on May 13, 1994. This Sample Delivery Group (SDG) consists of six <br /> water samples analyzed for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (BTEX) and diesel fuel <br /> parameters by methods outlined in SW-846 and CA LUFT Manuals The data were <br /> reviewed in accordance with the Dames& Moore standard operating procedures DMVB2 0 <br /> and USEPA National Functional Guidelines for Laboratory Data Review, Organics and <br /> Inorganics (EPA, 1990) <br /> ' 1.0 BTEX Analysis <br /> The BTEX data were evaluated based on the following parameters A leading check <br /> mark (✓) indicates an area of review in which all data were acceptable A preceding <br /> crossed circle (0) signifies areas where issues were raised during the course of the <br /> validation review and should be considered to determine any impact on data quality <br /> and usability <br /> ✓ Data Completeness <br /> ✓ Holding Times <br /> ✓ Blanks <br /> ✓ Surrogates <br /> ✓ Laboratory Control Samples <br /> ✓ Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicates <br /> ✓ Compound Identification and Quantification <br /> 1.1 Overall Assessment <br /> These data are acceptable in all areas of review and are usable for their <br /> intended purpose.
