V App n <br /> June 4,1990 /1 <br /> MONDAY <br /> DAY # 1 <br /> General Info Arrive on site 9 30 AM <br /> All service to building 4, maintenance shop were <br /> disconnected including fire service <br /> Demolition is scheduled for tomorrow Demolition <br /> work is to be by Don Lawley company <br /> A 10'x 10'x 5' excavation had been made by AM&.M's <br /> contractor The excavation was required to <br />' disconnect the fire water line A concrete thrust <br /> block had been poured to prevent water pressure <br /> from blowing of capped end <br /> The building had been stripped of all bath fixture <br /> Other building improvements had also been removed <br /> AM&M Contact Met with Dave Christsen Reviewed the work plan <br /> with him Ask and received permission to use <br /> building 3 as a field office <br /> Met with Steve Sochachi discussed the sharing of <br /> his office He set me up with a table and chair <br /> Photo Took extensive photos of existing building 4 <br /> Documentation documenting building construction and general <br /> condition prior to demolition Photos were of the <br /> exterior and interior <br /> Site Security Spoke with AM&M guard captain He said that the <br /> Marshall street entrance would be close to all <br /> traffic at midnight tonight Employees of AM&M <br /> would be redirected to a alternate gate on Palm <br /> ave All truck delivery traffic would be rerouted <br /> to the gate on West Lane Foot traffic would <br /> continue through the site Employees need to <br /> access there time cards located at the Marshall <br /> street guard house A guard would be on duty at <br /> the Marshall entrance from 5am Monday thur friday <br /> Contract Dropped off contract at Don Lawley's office He is <br /> to sign and return to me in the field tomorrow <br /> Confirmed that demolition work would begin tomorrow <br /> Fence Rented fence from Economy Fence company Set <br /> delivery for tomorrow Rented 500' of 6' high x12' <br /> long panels with metal stands <br /> Demolition Building 4 is located in the county Originally <br /> Permit building was considered within city limits The <br /> county wants a letter from the owner AM&M stating <br /> that the there was never and asbestos in the <br /> building Don Lawley and Marvin Palmer of AM&M are <br />
