AM DAMES & MOORE SCHEDULE OF CHARGES UNITED STATES The compensation to Dames&Moore for our professional services is based upon and measured by the following elements which are cam putod as set forth below 10 PERSONNEL,CHARGES 1 l Charges for employees are compared by multiplying the total direct salary cost of our Personnel(expressed as as hourly rate)by a factor of 2 3 The total direct Way cost shall be a sum equal to the dtrect payroll cost(computed by dividing the annual payroll cost by 1 940 Hours) Plus 40 percent of same to coves payroll taxes insurance incident io employment sick leave and other employee benefits The ume of an employee of subsidiary companies or a retained consultant devoted to the project as charged;It an assigned boiling rate 1.2 The 40 percent employee benefit factor is used for work performed by personmi assigned to offices m the United States For work performed by personnel in our offices in other countries It will very depending on the employee eerieftu pard in the particular location 13 When outside the United Starts employees total direct salary cost will be increased by the premium custommly paid by other atgantaattons for work at the location 14 Time spent in either local or inter crry travel when travel is in Elie interest of the work will be charged for in accordance with the foregoing schedule when traveling by public tamer a maximum charge of eight hours per day will be made L.3 Time spent in responding to anv subpoena or other judicial or governmental request for documents or temmonv in connection with the Scope of Services shall be compensated without m9aard to anv other hmitauon on compensanon 2.0 EQUIPMENT CHARGES 2.1 Computer control of project costs will be billed at a rate or S 12S per each S50 of job charges or fraction thereor 21 Other Dames&Moore equrpinent Lfused.will be billed at the rates noted in the proposal Where not noted in rhe proposal equipment will be billed in accordance woo the published rates In the current Dames&Moore Equipment Rate Catalog 3.0 OTHER SERVICES AND SUPPLIES . 31 Charges for services equipment and facilities not fumtshed directly by Dames&Moore and anv unusual items of expense not customarily incurred in our normal operations are computed as follows 3 1 E Non-personnel costs,including attorneys fees.Incurred in respondsng to any subpoena or inner judicial or governmental request for documents of mumony,to connection with the Scope of Services without regard to any other hmitaunn on compensation 312 Tariff rates plus 10 percent for telecommunications and delivery services 3 IJ Cost plus 10 percent for other shipping charges professronai services subsistence transportation printing and reproduction motel tatims.supplies and rentals 3 1 4 Cost plus IS percent for surveying services,land drilling equipment construcuon equipment tesung laboratories and contract labor 31.5 Cosi plus 25 percent for aircraft watereralt helicopter and marine drilling equipment arW operation •l 1 IS S(12 95)81(
